TbT Pharmacy is being developed as the pharmacy, medication-safety, and therapeutic-access component of the IAMB clinical research ecosystem.
The model is designed to support protocol-driven dispensing, medication reconciliation, investigational-product accountability, participant education, secure handling, and communication among researchers, physicians, pharmacists, and clinical teams.

The goal is safer coordination — not replacing one therapy with another without appropriate clinical review.
