The IAMB / TbT Groups was founded in 2006 to unite, educate, and revise the human approach (with respect) to medicine. We are your proposed bridge to good clinical practices.
We believe that there are many, inclusive alternatives to medicine that enable the human body to regenerate, reproduce, and enable a healthier "all systems" functioning lifestyle. Your product might be the one needed most. When the body is deficient of the correct nutrients and vitamins required by each specific individual, that's when diseases take over.
Continuously working since 2008, our goal is to be a bridge -- by including all guidelines to federal agencies. The IAMB/TbT Groups seeks to establish a safe way to finalize good clinical practices. We feel that the federally compliant facility for provision, access, manufacturing, education, and distribution is a major key needed.
Safety & Strategy
Since 2009, The IAMB/TbT Groups have enthusiastically and energetically researched to know that there is no direct research supported by unlimited terms of Clinical Trials through Protocols providing the wanted and needed researched answers. Also needed: Safe services to patient provision. IAMB /TbT Groups will research and work diligently to address any and all compliance issues.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, The IAMB/TbT Groups continued to practice safe services to provision with social distancing measures that we are satisfied and familiarized with the set-up of how safe services will be conducted.

Thalassotherapy treatments indoors and on the beach.* Also to include an indoor Dead Sea Salt pool and Vichy Showers. (Currently in the United States, there is only one other location that is offering Thalassotherapy type treatments, located in Montauk, New York.)
